Join us for this 2-hour on-line overview of Strengthening Families. This orientation will cover the foundations of the program from history to research to program outcomes. Learn the key components of SFP and the roles each team-member plays in implementation!

Strengthening Families Training
After Acceptance to the Delta Prevention team, in addition to the orientation, volunteer/intern training requires an additional 10 hours of in-person instruction (Choose one part 1 and one part 2.) Please decide which times and days work for you and RSVP accordingly Part 1 - Sept 3rd 8:30-2:00 OR Sept 3rd 2 -7:30 Part 2 - Sept 4th 8:30-2:00 PM OR Sept 4th 2 PM-7:30 PM
Our one- hour Kernels Classes are offered through schools, churches, parent groups, preschools,and others around the community. After Acceptance to the Delta Prevention team, training to be a facilitator is 4 hours and includes both instruction as well as practice. Keep Connected Institute for Strengthening Family Relationships
Healthy, strong family relationships are foundational to young people’s growth, learning, and well-being. These relationships build strong social and emotional strengths that kids use throughout their lives. Developed by the Search Institute, Delta Prevention is looking for committed, caring facilitators of this six-week inter-generational family series.
